SocialBee currently supports:

We're constantly working to add support for more channels.
You can connect your channels through our secure OAuth flow. Navigate to the Channels section in your dashboard, select the platform you want to connect, and follow the authorization steps. The process is straightforward and typically takes less than 5 minutes per channel.

AI & Documents

SocialBee uses Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) technology. When you upload documents, we parse and convert them into searchable vector embeddings. When a customer asks a question, our AI searches your knowledge base for relevant information, then generates a natural, contextual response based on your actual product data and conversation history.
We support a wide variety of document formats:
